Our latest batch of self-spreading high temperature synthetic ceramic lined pipe has been finished with surface painting and is being final packed for shipment to the dry slag discharge system project of thermal power plant in Indonesia.

SHS Ceramic Composite Pipe can be used in dry slag drainer, which uses air to naturally cool the hot slag, and returns the heat extracted from the boiler by the hot slag and the heat generated by the re-combustion of the residual carbon in the slag to the furnace, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

SHS Ceramic Composite Pipe is a high performance ceramic lined pipe produced by self-laying high temperature synthesis (SHS) technology, the lining is a kind of steel jade layer (Al₂O₃), the Moh's hardness is up to 9.0. It has high abrasion resistance to the abrasive media transported in the thermal power generation industry, and is widely used in the power generation industry to transport pulverised coal and slag.
