1. SHS Ceramic Composite Pipe
 
 
The SHS ceramic composite pipe is one of the most commonly used wear pipe and is a high performance ceramic lined pipe. SHS ceramic composite pipe refers to a self-spreading high temperature synthetic ceramic lined pipe with self-spreading high temperature synthetic (SHS) technology, which can be divided into centrifugal SHS coating technology and SHS coating technology for gas transmission. The structure consists of three layers: corundum ceramic, transition layer and steel pipe from inside to outside.

 

Feature:

Excellent Wear Resistance

The liner of SHS ceramic composite pipe is a kind of steel jade layer (Al₂O₃), the Mohs hardness can reach 9.0. It has high abrasion resistance to the abrasive media transported by the steel production, power production, mining, coal and other industries. Its wear life is ten or even tens of times longer than that of hardened steel, as confirmed by industrial operation.

 

• Heat Resistance

The wear-resistant layer has a single stable crystalline structure, with a melting point of 2100 and an expansion coefficient of 6-8 x 10-6/°C ( insulation temperature up to 4000K).

 

• Impact resistance

Due to the high density and hardness of the wear-resistant layer and the dense bonding between the layers, the wear-resistant layer has good impact resistance for any medium conveying.

 

• Corrosion-resistant & Non-scaling

The wear-resistant layer is a neutral crystalline substance that is resistant to acid, alkali and seawater corrosion. Furthermore, the product effectively prevents dirt from accumulating on the interior of the pipe.

 

• Running Resistance

The inner surface of the self-spreading high temperature synthetic ceramic lined pipe is smooth and will never rust or corrode. Its surface smoothness is superior to that of any metal wear-resistant pipe. The resistance coefficient of the pipe is 0.0192, which is characterised by low running resistance.

 

• Low Project Cost & Easy Installation

This pipe is light weight ( 50% lighter than cast stone pipe, 20-30% lighter than wear-resistant alloy pipe), reasonably priced and has a long service life. Due to its weldable properties, it can be welded, flanged, and quick-connected. It is easy to install and can effectively reduce the installation cost.

 

Application:

• Metallurgy, power generation industry conveying coal powder, grey slag, slurry, etc.

• Mining filling, concentrate powder and tailings conveying.

• Coal industry: pipes for wet conveying.

• The SHS ceramic composite pipe has excellent performance and economic value return in medium conveying containing solid particles abrasive materials and high temperature corrosive gases, sulphurous geothermal water and so on.

2. Ceramic Patch Pipe

 

 

The ceramic patch pipe is a kind of lined pipe with unique performance. It adopts metal pipes as the substrate and pastes ceramic patches on its surface, which combines the strength of metal and the excellent characteristics of ceramics such as wear resistance and corrosion resistance. This kind of ceramic lined pipe has a wide range of applications in many fields, which can effectively improve the reliability and service life of the piping system, and provide a high-quality solution for industrial production and engineering construction.

 

Application:

It is suitable for material conveying system and batching system in power generation, iron and steel production, mining, cement industry and other industries.

3. Ceramic Armored Pipe

 

 

The ceramic armoured pipe is one of the types of ceramic lined pipe. Its process is to cast the whole fired ceramic pipe fittings inside the steel pipe with special filler material. The ceramic lined steel pipe has smooth inner wall, good sealing, and good wear and corrosion resistance.

 

Application:

Due to the unique performance of ceramic armoured pipe, it can be widely used in power generation, steel production, cement industry, mining, coal, chemical industry and other industries for material conveying.
