Cement Plant Wear Parts Production Completed and Shipped

Recently, the production of cement mill liners purchased by the customer of our cement plant in South America has been completed and all of them have passed the inspection, and they have been shipped to the dock warehouse, and will be transported to the customer's plant for installation and use soon.

This batch of spare parts for the cement plant belongs to wear-resistant steel castings, and it took us only 25 days from the time the customer placed the order to the completion of shipment. The very short production cycle ensures that the customer can complete the cement mill lining replacement work on time, in order to reduce the downtime of the customer.

Cement mill liners are wearing parts of cement mills and often need to be replaced. Therefore, they need to be cast with high quality materials and reasonable formulations, and heat treated at reasonable temperatures, which can prolong their service life.
