Cement Plant Main Cyclone SBR Rubber Lined Pipe Replacement Project

We have recently completed the manufacture and supply of a batch of products for the cement plant's main cyclone SBR rubber lined pipe replacement project.

Cement mill cyclones are mainly used in cement production lines to separate dust and particles in cement mills, ensuring a relatively clean gas discharge to the atmosphere. Due to the corrosive and abrasive nature of the conveying medium, it will cause more severe wear and tear on the pipe, therefore the selection of SBR rubber lined pipe can extend the service life of the pipe and reduce downtime.

The SBR rubber lined pipe for replacement includes straight pipe, elbow pipe, reducer pipe, the diameter of the pipe is 12" and 14", the connection is divided into fixed flange and live flange. The lining material is SBR with a thickness of 10mm and hardness of 45-50 Shore, using the vulcanised rubber lining pipe production process to ensure longer service life.
