The wear resistant bimetal wear pipe for industry is one of our company's wear-resistant pipes. It is made of ordinary steel pipe in the outer layer and lined with high chromium white cast iron by centrifugal moulding process. The outer wall of the bimetal wear elbow is induction-heat bent or welded. The inner liner is made of high chromium cast iron, which is compounded into the bimetal wear-resistant elbow.
The wear resistant bimetal wear pipe for industry is a high-alloy cast iron product with excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Its wear and corrosion resistance is 30 times higher than that of 16Mn seamless steel pipe. It also has high mechanical strength and high impact resistance. Following the metallurgical combination of bimetallic, the product is safe and reliable, and offers superior cost-effectiveness.
The bimetal wear elbow or straight pipe is a superior abrasion-resistant wear pipe that has been used in a number of applications. It has demonstrated its significant reliability and economic value returns. The bimetal wear pipe is the optimal solution for applications where corrosive media and particle washout interact. In dry conditions, another high-chromium cast iron material, which can be heat-treated to a martensitic matrix, is used as a wear pipe liner.
Production process:
The bimetal wear pipe or bimetal wear-resistant elbow for coal preparation is manufactured using a composite process, namely the vanishing mould vacuum suction casting composite process. This process is the optimal solution for producing bimetal composite wear-resistant pipe. It addresses the limitation of the traditional process, which prevents the outer wall of bimetal wear elbows and linings from being composite. This process enables the outer wall and lining of elbows and other shaped bimetal wear pipes to be composite, enhancing their durability and performance. This process improves the traditional process defects, without changing the flow trajectory of abrasive materials in the elbow, greatly reducing the material transport resistance.
