Heat Resistant Castings and Alloys

Heat resistant alloy castings are castings that have excellent heat-resistant properties and mechanical properties in high-temperature environments. Typically made of heat-resistant material, the material formula primarily contains chromium and nickel elements, which enable them to maintain good oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. Heat resistant steel castings are typically manufactured by sand casting, precision casting, and centrifugal casting, among other methods. Heat-resistant castings are used in a variety of high-temperature applications, including sieve bars, joists, support beams, liner plates, turbine blades, combustion chambers, and more. These castings are commonly used in the containment and transportation of high-temperature materials, as well as in the bottom of heat treatment furnaces, which must withstand high temperatures and heavy loads. They are also used in a range of high-temperature components in the energy industry and beyond.
