About Heat Resistant Alloy Castings

 

A heat-resistant alloy is a type of alloy that possesses excellent resistance to high temperatures and can maintain its mechanical properties and structural integrity under extreme thermal conditions. These alloys typically contain elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, tungsten, and other alloying constituents. The presence of these elements contributes to their superior high-temperature performance, including resistance to oxidation, creep, and thermal fatigue. These materials ensure reliable operation and durability in demanding high-temperature environments.

 

Heat Resistant Alloy Castings Raw Materials

 

Heat Resistant Steel:

 

• ZG30Cr18Mn12Si2N: It is an austenitic heat-resistant steel with high high-temperature strength and a certain degree of oxidation resistance, and has good resistance to sulfur and carburization. The steel has aging brittleness, but still has high toughness at high temperature after aging, can be sheared, hot and cold stamping and welding, the maximum use temperature of about 1000 ℃, commonly used in boiler hanging bracket, carburizing furnace components, heating furnace conveyor belt, material tray, furnace claw, etc.

 

• ZG35Cr24Ni7SiN: It is a kind of high chromium-nickel heat-resistant steel, the maximum use temperature is 1100℃, high temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, adjusting its composition within the specification range, it can be made to contain some ferrite in the organization, also can be a single-phase austenite, it can be widely used in many types of furnace components, but it is not suitable to be used in the place where the temperature is changing sharply.

 

• ZG35Cr25Ni20Si2: a heat-resistant stainless steel, with good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is commonly used in the manufacture of furnace heat-resistant parts, such as furnace tubes, furnace rolls, radiation tubes and so on.

 

• ZG40Cr25Ni35Nb: a niobium-containing heat-resistant steel with high high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, but also has good creep resistance and corrosion resistance. It is commonly used in the manufacture of high-temperature furnace tubes, furnace rolls, heat exchangers and so on.

 

• ZG40Cr28Ni48W5Si2: It is a kind of heat-resistant steel containing tungsten and silicon, with excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance and creep resistance. It is commonly used in the manufacture of high-temperature furnace tubes, furnace rolls, heat exchangers and so on.
